The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in managing the recruitment process and carrying out pre-contractual measures at your request.
  • Data Retention: If your application is not successful, we will retain your CV and application documents for a period of 12 months following the conclusion of the recruitment process, after which your data will be permanently deleted.
  • Access by Third Parties: Your application details are accessed only by internal staff involved in the recruitment process; they are not sold or shared with external organisations.
  • Your Rights: You have the right to request access to, rectification of, or the immediate erasure of your recruitment data at any time by sending an email to geral@pfengineering.pt.
